God Knows!
I found it after rummaging around in the warehouse of a local CITROEN garage. (My father-in-law's garage) It was 'old stock'
IF you're still interested, you can e-mail your local Citroen Garage & ask them - sure a mechanic will recognize it,
cheers

Great (time consuming!!) thread, but I can't believe how many plastic fans are fitted the wrong way round! Get them with the smooth face of the centre towards the engine guys and gals. It'll transform the cooling ability!
Nice to see so much RetroSport stuff

That and avoiding cheap radiators that cook your engine.
Does it make that much difference though when the blades are the same angle with rotation regardless of smooth and formed sides facing the engine?
I cant see enough to feel its going to transform your cooling, they don't suck instead of blow and visa versa when reversed.
Over time with heat the fins bend back and the angle at which the air flows over them changes, I have seen people reverse them to counteract this with good effect.
Take a look at the angle of the fins on the plastic fans when fitted both ways. they are the same.

Believe me, it makes a massive difference. Yes, it's blowing the same way, but very inefficiently. The power of aerodynamics is a wonderful thing!

Just to expand....
The fins are in an aerofoil shape, similar to an aircraft wing. If you turned an aircraft upside down, the 'lift' would be downwards. So the shape of the fins on the cooling fan create high and low pressures in exactly the same way. You would get thrust in the same direction using flat fins, but if you can create a pressure differential by using a 'wing shape' you can dramatically increase the flow of air in the right direction.

Steve you have lots of time on your hands
Great knowledge source as always though
