Another picture of my 1275 GT.
I decided to ditch the cone filter and replace with the original (drilled and fitted with a K & N)....
I feel it looks better, it is much quieter and I haven't noticed any difference to performance...

Just tarted my engine bay up - it needed it! Painted the block silver, throttle body, air intake, rocker cover, and the cervo. Cleaned up the hoses, bulk head, fan etc. Just waiting on my rocker cover decal to come through the post. It will read Mini-1400-8V.

after many months of being very jealous of all the lovely engine bays around i decided to do something about it.
this is what it looked like when i first got monty:
after a massive clean with degreaser and a power hose:
then this is what it now looks like, need to save up for some new hoses/pipes. so got to decide what color would be best:

anyone add a coolant reservoir to an older model without one? any issues with it? trying to clean up my engine and add functionality as well!
