Hi guys, I'm going to be starting a rebuild soon full strip down, and I want my engine bay to be very clean and look like there's space, what are all the things I need to keep so the bare minimum in the engine bay.at the moment I have everything that was originally in the car plus an alarm( which will be going ) also what do most people do about hiding wires ? Thanks

No worries :-) The car is Nick Swift's Appendix K racing car, in Willow green which was orignally a van colour, never used on saloons - 1293, twin H4s (similar to HS4 but with longer throats) etc. As it's a racing car it doesn't need to have a washer bottle, wiper motor, and all the wiring is hidden away so it all looks very clean. It really is a beautifully presented car! As well as a hobby for Nick (who is a great driver) it is a great promotional tool for Swiftune as it is often the quickest car out there. It is often at shows and in the paddock with the bonnet up, the engine bay is so clean you could eat your dinner off it!
