Hi searching the web for mini parts and found the forum. I’m Dave from north east Scotland, I was a mechanic when Leyland was on the go. I have a 1980 clubman I want to fit a 1275 micra auto into, cutting the subframe will mean different suspension and top and bottom arms and tie bar, need suggestions etc. Help!

It looks like it will be an invaluable tool.
I have a 1989 998cc Mini city E Automatic.
I have bought it and it was already a project so struggling to try and make heads or tails of where to start really. I have 0 knowledge and this is the starting point for me.

I'm in Massachusetts, and I don't have a Mini. I'm working on a 1961 Mini, it's the only one I've driven. It has ( I think) the 998 engine with a Weber carburetor. I found this forum on Google.
