I'm here--->
Anyway last December I bought this
It's a 1994 1.3L SPi Mayfair ex-Japan with aircon and manual box. It's in bits just now for engine repbuild while engine is out to fix oil leak. Looking foward to get it back together cause I think it's more fun than our other car as below.
Rovers are pretty rare here, and differ to Aussie Minis (last built in the 70's). I'm on the look-out for pics of interiors before it gets a retrim and learn about their faults & fixes.
Cheers all

My (our) mini is called BoB as he started out as a box of bits. Well actually he IS a box of bits at the moment as i've just got him to play doctors and nurses on and put him back together again.
I reckon i'm going to test the firendly nature of this site with the usual inane questions about reping mini's as it's a shed load of time since I mini's last messed around with my head.

I say our mini as it's a project for my son's 17th birthday .....in 363 days time. Will I get it finished ?? By the way the actual shell, subframes and engine is still round the other garage for now unless someone on here owns a trailer and tow hook and lives in Hartlepool??

I'm Paula
JC (my mini) and I are from Barnsley.
JC is a handsome black and white Mini Cooper, 1275, walnut trim. He was born in 1990 but I adopted him in 2002, when his previous owner got a new baby!
Don't know the technical specs. JC has frequent holidays to out local garage, where he gets fixed every time he falls ill, or hurts himself. He therefore does not have a mileometer, it's a counter recording in pounds sterling, how much he costs me to keep him on the road.
BUT HE'S WORTH EVERY PENNY!
