I'm thinking of buying the CA6 MK3 'Rally' Kit
The info given is the following
Power Band : 2800-7500
Valve Timing : 34-74 / 75-45
Unofortunately no duration is given, can this be calculated from the Valve timing figures?
Cheers, Makis

go for something like the Swiftune range of cams, they've been race proven, keith calver (mini-god) uses them for his engines, Morspeed ones are good also
as for valve timing, im sure someone like Dan or siggy will have a good idea
are you going to rally the car then? or is it just a cam equivalent to the engine spec?

in my experience everything has to be matched to achieve the best performance gains
you wouldnt stick a 45 weber on a standard 1275 now would you
my current engine is fast road spec and an SW5 (or equivalent) is absolutely perfect

The cam is rated for 8000rpm, will 200lb springs be sufficient?
