I was on holiday for quite a while, but shes pretty much done.

I'm just waiting on a high torque starter motor so i can actually get her turned over using a 12v battery!

Posted Image

Once the new starter motor goes in, she'll turn over and drive, then get MOT'd!! The only thing is i've already been waiting like 2 weeks for it ;D

Anyway, paitence is a virture, and i'm doing motorbike lessons next week! I plan on getting one of these...

What a fantastic thread. So, that's pretty much two year's work then?

I love the final look of your motor. Wide arches aren't for me, I much prefer the slim chrome ones you have.

Nice one.

It's getting very close to two years graft! 11th Novemeber 2009 will be the 2 year mark. I really want her MOT'd, Taxed and Fun by then!

I have a full set of group 2 arches ready for paint, but the chrome finishing strip has grown on me. I think i'll leave her arch-less!

She just needs some new tyres all round, some pin stripes, cooper laurels on the rear quarters and a good clean!

Sound sucks on youtube, i'll get a video up of her driving etc soon, so you can hear those straight cuts in action!

Only 2 Years and ...2 weeks-ish since I bought her. :shifty: Still not done yet tho. MOT'd is getting close and my wiper motor is broken!

After MOT... it's time for a BENROSS head and a set of Twin Hs4 Carbs. Yum.

With the new head and twin carbs, i would be hoping for anything between 70 - 100.

But who knows, can't RR her until shes run in, so it'll be in the new year to find out.
