the fuel goes into the carb by the 'in' goes down into the float chamber when the nedle valve is open
this fills up the chamber until reaches the blue line and the float closes the needle valve -
if the float isnt working right or the needle valve isnt sealing the fuel carries on filling and leaves via the 'overflow'
*where it should be leaving on yours* regardless of pressure if the above arent working
the aprox. 3psi forces the fuel up the jet(ammount determined by how far out the brass needle is) and the vacuum mixes the fuel and air where it is sucked into the engine

the over flow shot out a baby flame today. nearly had a heart attack...
right well its not coming out of the overflow. its coming from the needle im prity sure. i will have to check tomorrow though. its not just like a couple of drips... its basicly pouring out.
going to borrow my mates fse to see if i can reduce the fuel pressure more if the filter king cant? also it has a gauge on it.
also what oil should be in it?

have blown through the carb and turned it upside down and it is exactly the same... whats the fix for this?
:edit:
got an fse on it today with a gauge on it and set the pressure to 3 psi and no more peeing. brilliant! thanks for your help guys.
