Some of these dashes are pretty cool. Ive bought mine need to go and collect and fit this weekend. Chequer plate with matching door cards.

As for extra switches, I am thinking of putting an override switch in for the auxillary fan so I can control when it kicks in and keeps the engine that little bit cooler.

I dont have a mini yet but am picking it up next weekend. The cogs are already turning deciding how I am going to do the interior out!

Probably a silly question, but do the dashboard cupboards have a box behind? or does it go straight into the bit behind the dash, if that makes sense.

The dash was already in the car, but it looks like it came with it.
The box is very small, can't get a lot in there.
best just ask the shop/seller if they come with boxes

If you get a dashboard from somewhere like Custom Consoles then they will not have a glove box backing, just a hole, you can buy a seperate glove box back from www.retrodash.co.uk or, you could get some fabric and staple it around the whole like a bag inside if you get me...
