I need a dash dont know what I want, too much choice! I like just a normal straight dash 3 clock but not sure about the extra 3 (it looks nice but i havent got extra dials at the moment) and not sure what color!

I fitted mine yesterday, from custom-consoles-for-mini's on ebay. Nice vinyl coverings, I also got my matching centre console and speaker pods from them.

what are thos pods like when you are driving tho do they not get in the way of you knees ?

Nope, they do not hit or touch my knees at all, I am 5.6" with no leg problems touching the pods :)

Oh well I think mine may have a set of those there quite cool and need somewhere to put my front speakers :)

Doovydoo are you changing your seats at any point but i cant help but look at the red piping and it doesn't go with the blue

i posted my dash up on hear ages ago now nut i am changing it, i have got original 3 smiths clocks(speedo ect) and the 3 small smiths gauges to match them oil temp coolant temp and oil pressure and i have got a LED clock to fit in where my ash tray goes and i cant wait to put it all in and i wanted to share it with everyone

Has anyone put a LED clock where the ashtray goes before i have seen it a few times and i love it

It's not a perfect fit so i am going to cut the ashtray mount the clock in the ashtray, then put the ashtray back in but it looks ace, like it is meant to be there

Heres my dash which i modified, Painted, Custom Dials, Speaker Guards, with a sneaky PS2 in glovebox.
Built the Console from MDF and speaker bods from fiberglass and mdf.







That was back in 2005. All coming out now for a more classic retro look.

Where did you get that badge may I ask? I saw it on the rear fender of some... TVR or Sunbeam... or was it a triumph... at a British car show and I've been looking for one to use as my bonnet badge.
