looks good ozy - have you routed the heater vents to an actual useful place?! that goes against everything my interior stands for!! what's the leg room like in the passenger seat? maybe you should go into production

The heater still blows in the standard 3 places, but there are hidden deflectors in the passenger side (covered in aluminium tape to stop them getting too hot!) to try and re-direct the air footwards...

The leg room in the passenger side is surprisingly good - my replacement sub dash/compressor cover is actually less intrusive than the original (and rather horrible) Japanese factory one...
