What I meant in my last post is have they got a website? Who do I contact to get one? I did a search on Google for Minisave dashes but nothing useful came up. Can you also tell me where I might be able to get an Autoplas dash, as I have 2 minis.

These are both Autoplas dashes that have been modified. They have also had a few days of sanding to get rid of the fake leather look, and lots of paint...

Hi I m A newbie here... can i know what brand and type of your gauges meter.. there are superb nice and where can i get it.

The gauges in the blue dash are old Smiths ones that were taken apart and painted silver, then transfers were put on for the lettering.

The gauges in the green one are custom ones that we made ourselves. We started with TIM gauges, and then took them apart and removed the faces. The new faces are made from Electroluminescent sheet that lights up at night:



They are also on a dimmer, as the electroluminescent can be quite bright. They are turned right down in the piccy, and that is how we have them set all the time.... The faces were made up on a computer using photoshop, with custom faces and a little Toad to match the steering wheel....



They took months to do, and we went through a lot of electroluminsescent sheets before we got them to work properly, but it was definitely worth it....

he guys does anyone know from wich car that steercover thingy on the first(blue) autoplas dash is?
(sorry don't know the name in english, the thing where the extra guage is placed on just behind the steeringwheel) or is it a custom one?

It is a custom made leather cover, that has a zip along the bottom to make a neat fitting cover that can be easily removed if necessary....

You can see it better in this piccy....

This is my Mini City Dashboard sprayed by myself. Waitin on a waulnut dash and door cappings to be delivered to set it off nicely.
p.s Did anyone find it hard taking the dash out... mine was a pig

Here's mine, The one with john cooper on it is in my current car,
The other is from the old cooper s rep, bit backwards! didn't like the one in the cooper really.
