NOOOO! Leave it on 10's and dump the fluid out of the suspension!
Don't Suggest to dump the fluid on a metro that's destined for a week at the Nurburgring! It'll handle pooey and get twitchy at high speed! For future reference cut the rods down on the hyrolastic units, it's easy. Pump em to 380 psi front and 350 rear (or 410 all round if it's for track use only) Then cut the rods down it's so easy:
Fronts are 3:1 ratio. That means if you want to lower the car 30mm at the front, cut 10mm from the 'spastic rods.
Backs are a 5:1 ratio, so to lower by 30mm we would remove 6mm from the 'spastic rod.
