No Morson has not paid yet - no surprise there. He told the Judge at the hearing that he was unemployed!!!! So now for the next legal battle. The man is unbelievable. Will let you all know as soon as we have any positive news

Yes Morspeed are still trading on ebay, morspeed are still trading yet the latest news is, Simon is now offering to pay £50.00 a month - I am speechless. He took my son's money, made him wait MONTHS for the engine. I have an e-mail from Morson to me admitting that it was his fault that Oli never got to drive his mini, then when we went up to collect the engine, supplied us with a heap of junk, now we have won the case, he is offering £50.00 a month - it would take at least 10 years to pay off the debt, what planet is this man on. Does he have any conscience at all, all I want to do is to complete my son's dream. I have been through enough pain these last couple of years, there are no words sto describe this man's behaviour.
I WILL NOT give up the fight.

Thats disgusting. If he is still trading then it is not an acceptible amount, and is this not a two-way agreement of payment? So if you do not agree with it then you can demand a better offer?

I have just spent the best part of an hour reading through this topic and I am absolutely gobsmacked. The fact that Morspeed continues to trade alongside all of this just boggles belief. Simon from Morspeed deserves to rot in hell for this. I wouldn't use one of his engines to scrape the $hit from my shoe.

i have just spent well over an hour reading this thread when i should have been doing uni work but i spotted it and had to read the lot.

i can NOT quite believe how a company can do that and i thought i was having problems with hytheperformance

i would never have anything to do with morespeed products if they are still trading

and i would very much like to take a really nice oversized srewdriver and insert where this simon B*****D would find it very un pleasing. (actually scrap that i'd rather use a croe bar)

i'v just read through that with a genuine tear in my eye and i can only give my wishes to those who were so close to oli as im sure this is a particularly hard time.
i remember reading a bit in 1 of the mags bout the accident at the time. i think its great that so many people on here are prepared to help in any way. i hope this works out as it will be the perfect memorial to oli.

Having just spent the last hour reading this i find it so sad that this whole episode has been dragged through the depths because of one persons obvious inability to be truthful and also so blatantly showing no respect at all to a family that has suffered the loss of a child.

The fact that this person (Morspeed) has also stated that he was unemployed yet still trading on Ebay should be brought to the attention of the courts as this is contempt and he basically lied.

My heart goes out to Olis family and the hell they have had to go through. We as a forum should boycott anything to do with Morspeed and pass the word around about this sorry fiasco caused by this lowlife.

If this person had the slightest shred of decency he will pay the money owing in full not in £50 pm payments.

Really hope this all gets sorted soon, my thoughts go out to everyone involved in trying to turn Oli's dream into reality. Not to condone violence against Morson or anything, but have you considered the benefits of hired goons? He certainly deserves rough treatment after what he's done.
