I'd like to echo the sentiments previously expressed by other members and just say that I wish you all the best in completing this project.

I was really saddened and upset to hear of Oli's passing away. I am glad that the situation is partially resolved and that you're now able to focus on the continuation of your efforts to such a worthy cause!

Hi Everyone,

Further to my post yesterday, I have today received a letter from Salisbury Court stating that Simon Morson of Morspeed has now put an application forward to Leicester County Court for judgment to be set aside!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will now be expected to attend a hearing in Leicester.
This means that the whole matter is once again delayed and the nightmare continues.

Well that was short lived

On the positive side I expect Morspeed will have to pay the judgment in to court so at least the money will be accessible once it's finally settled. I thought hearings usually go to the respondent's local court, but arguing that may be a distraction you could do without.

sorry to hear about the latest setback,was talking to one of the marshalls at the ace cafe last month,with the exact same issue/problem,thousands given to a said individual at a said company only to be fobbed off constantly,2 years later still getting the run around,lets hope this gets sorted sooner rather than later

Sorry to here that things are going so slowly. I'm really gutted.

Hopefully something can be sorted out once all of the court proceadings are finished with.

Now for the dark side

I think that now, morspeed's (and one part time employee) reputation has been tarnished. I was looking in to use them in the future, that won't happen.

qutie an incredibly bad impression of mspd,
best of luck with the court rehearing thingy ,
and make sure you note down all time spent travelling and corresponding ,at a proper rate per hour ,and claim it too.
