now clubmans basicly done iv got time to do the release bearing on this...and HAS to be done before saturday
then need to get some CDS to weld in soonish maybe next week sometime
get window names made up for myself and new co-driver
get adjustable lower arms re-fitted and then get suspension set up
put a lil bit of paint on

weld in plate under the hydraulic handbrake
spanner check the WHOLE car!

when it got RR'ed it made 81.2 BHP at the wheels. cant remember the more interesting torque figure tho

tomorrow iv gotta get the new length of CDS cut it down to size then using the state of the art techneique....angle grinder....notch the tube ready for welding in place
hmm...still fair bit to do to the car before firday...
still gotta spanner check the car

clutch release bearing is making a wiring noise when clutch is depressed.
iv got a knocking noise which ill try find before but its nothing bad i believe
still gotta change bottom arms and get tracking
sort oil breather system, just extend the pipe into my sketchy catch tank
buy and apply name stickers to the 1/4 windows
if i get time weld in plate under hydraulic HB (not neccesary, i believe it will hold for 1 event)
oh and its already cleaned up ready for scruteneering, they like clean cars!!!

aaaaaalso.....get the names for the side of the car, prep the CDS for welding, go to southam get it welded. get tyres and get fitted. buy some stuff from halfords. invesitgate knocking noise and spanner check sus' components. check clutch release bearing then spanner check, re-fig the oil breather system

got the wrong idea about the diagonal, thought it could go from hoop to back section, but has to stay on the same hoop...problem however....seats are in the way, and no idea how to solve it...so now its at southam and there gona try re-jig the seats particualy passanger seat...urrrgh
and went to get tyres from midland wheels....by time i got there they were closed, i was talking to colin too long at southam
got window name stickers ordered tho....they were gona deliver but havnt as yet, so i guess they wont be here today...not that it matters i dont have the car home

I did stop a bit later on tho by the Harbury bishops bend in the road where a car had gone straight on and was kinda parked up in the hedge lol
