Thanks for the thread resurrection and I'd forgotten how cute Jo Grant from early 1970's Doctor Who was.

Just kidding really, I can watch her whenever I want as I have the DVD's.

Nope, Jo Grant is still at the top of the page complete with her Mini dress.

That is the DVD cover for her final story where she 'sob' left in 1973 to marry a Welsh man.

You'd have thought she'd have known better?

Well I've been watching it since I was 3, so that's now some 38 years.

lol jays been watching it since he was 24 and that was 2 years lol only the new seriese but i remember them repeating them on uk gold when i was younger

I watched it solidly throughout the 1970's, I couldn't stand the 1980's though as they changed too many things like the theme tune. I've since caught up with them though.

Trouble was I became a born again fan in 1988 and the following year they axed the show. Plus most of the 1960's is missing because the BBC couldn't be bothered to hold on to it and didn't imagine that one day people would own video's and DVD's.

But I do like the new series very much as it's made by the same company and it's still very much Doctor Who. But I'm so sentimental for the older ones though which are absolute classics.
