but your gonna do it right. Gonna be around a bit between now and then so if your desperate for help give us a shout.
cool stuff buddy. Might need to to help rebuild. Stay round if your off for a night now and again to get it done. Gonna be a real push at the end of the month. Might get the doors and front sprayed first as the roof is drying then I can get them back here and build them up ready to put back on the car when that returns.

only problem was something reacted with the primer and I got this. A quick rub down should do the jobs tomorrow.

got a date for the car going to the lockup for us to spray. Gonna be going there on the 23rd so is looking good for riv run. Might have to live in the garage for a few days after but will be fine.

i had exactly the same problem with primer on my roof, only seemed to do it around the edges aswell,, you will probably find its a bit that wasnt quite rubbed down enough to remove the old paint i guess.
yeah was thinking along those lines. Had a bit of a sesh with the wet and dry before. Even though i had it out in the sun for ages it might still have been a bit wet. Never mind will give me a little more to do tomorrow but that's cool.

also I have sprayed a quick dusting over the front and boot to bring it to the same colour as the rest so there will be no difference in the brightness of the paint when done. Should I do this with the doors or would I be ok to say just leave them or prime them to make it a bit lighter?? Soooo many questions and so little time

you need to realign the Hinges! the bottom one is too far in and/or the top is too far out! did you replace the hinge panel??
didn't replace it no. Might have a play with it later. If it comes to it do you think it'll need the holes repositioning at all?? With the aid of a drill. It's also strange as it sit's nice at the apanel

You may get away with a couple of shims or "modding" the holes with a drill!!
