No not gonna be done for combe but I'll be there in the mini as she is at the mo. This is gonna be a project to get her done for the riv run so no hurry at the moment. Yeah spenner will want one in the end, he's worried we're all gonna leave him on the motorway down to cornwall haha

yeah no worries. They might start talking when i get more progress and they see it's not just a pipe dream. Nothing is happening at the moment as I'm trying to pay my membership for the car club at work to get in the compound and start stripping it. Pics will be put up as it gets going. Hopefully it's gonna happen in a weeks time.

cheers mate. Castle combe was a good day with the extra good news that I didn't blow my engine up (even though it's being changed) and didn't smash the car like some did.

just got off the phone with allspeed and got my frame ordered just one question I wanted to ask if anyone on here knows. Will i need the engine mounts from a B16a2 to fit the frame or will my B18c4 mounts fit. Rob at allspeed is not 100% but thinks they might need changing.

Hey mate

Looking fowards to seeing this start. The mounts on your b18c4 should be fine with allspeed frame mate. theres a couple people with the same set up as you on the16v forum. People do reply on there but most just on there brows and look at people projects and like to see the work in progress.

Any ways mate good luck with your build. if you need to ask any think give us a pm or some think and i see if i can help as i used a allspeed frame and bits as well on my Vtec

going to keep it standard nose. Want it to look as normal as poss then when the chav saxo comes along. bye bye chav sorry if any of you have a chav saxo by the way. I do hate the look of the extended nose. Not my cup of tea at all.

have to see the clearence issues when the subframe is here and I'm offering it up to the mini. Have an alloy 2 core civic rad that am going to see if I can fit and have a mate bringing me a different exhaust manifold to use. Not sure what it is yet but am sure i can make em fit
