I did a search of TMF and couldnt find this anywhere so here goes....

What is your Mini(s) called and why?

Mine is Chad, he's a Tahiti Blue '97 MPI Cooper

Reason: he was made in the same year as Mansun released 'the "Chad" who loved me' (tune of all tunes  )

Hmm depends if it works or not. It can be called the Mini, but if it breaks down it's that (well you know but not suited for the site)

Mine is a 1983 Mini Mayfair with a 1275 transplant, and he's called Rab. Why? Need I say more.

I've been trying to work out a name for mine for ages, I'm thinking either Rose or Ms Miggins. Although due to the power and torque it feels more like a male car, although I don't like the idea of getting inside a male and thrashing it around!!!

I refer to mine as either red one or blue one..

Although the red one should be called Roy with the number plate on it!

Huey is named after the Bell helicopters used in Korea etc (eg M*A*S*H). While he was being rebuilt he was known as Sparky because he enjoyed giving people shocks

Mine was called Blue because err, it was blue! The one previous to that was called Old Blue because it was my old one.

I like to keep it simple

Mine is called Charlie. My 7 year old son named him after becoming obsessed by the Italian Job film.
