WOW you've done a lot to the R56. Is that the M7 diffuser? I like the color coded trim.
Could maybe use a little carbon though.

Believe it or not. I knew nothing about minis when I went into this build. Lots of reading on forums and plain old getting into it down and dirty got me through most everything. With the Zcars kit its kind of hard to screw it up. Motors....there are tons of people that can work on Honda engines if you get stuck. Ive learned a lot about them and ways of making it work.

I still have things to put cosmetic things on the car and will update as it happens.

The car read 408hp 300TQ at 60% throttle on CA 91 octane fuel. The boost was going over 20psi at 50% throttle so we have to add another wastegate onto the manifold. After that we should hit around 460-500 hp and over 600 hp on race gas.

Got to the Dyno yesterday

Working on the video now.........

The turbo is so efficient and the exhaust is so short, boost control was problematic. But by adding an additional wastegate to the system it should work. We were hitting 18.4 psi at 7100 RPM at 60% throttle. So the limits of the stock block were increasingly starting to rise. So we stopped the tuning at 60% throttle. However its no short of FREAKING SCARY 406BHP 300TQ on 91 octane pump gas!

YipEEEEEEEEE!

The car was tuned by Shawn Church and Daniel of Church Automotive Testing. they are masters when it comes to tuning and using the Hondata engine management system that I use. They have tuned 1000's of cars and think that we should easily see 460-500Hp with the additional wastegate.

wots your power to wait ratio then???

0.25 at 408hp
0.3 at 480hp

based on 1600lb car (which I think is heavy I havent had a chance to get it weighed yet)
