Sorry, no pic...

Got a pair of Sparco Sprint 5's in mine. Took out the rear bins and trimmed back the rear seat pan so I could use proper race side mounts. Reinforced the floor with 3mm plates and bolted the mounts straight to the floor behind the cross member. Nice n low and a good distance back... No adjustment tho

i got these a few weeks back their Honda S2000 Nurburg edition seats. only seen them being fitted in minis twice in red and black finishes.

will hopefully get these fitted in a few months when my cars back

ok cheers mate i have only seen the other mamba cubans fitted but not these im quite new to minis i was worryed about having an isse wwith the seat and the side pillar?

Saw some RX8 seats in a mini on the riv run, fitted really well.

Austin 1100 seats go straight in.

 

 

No mods required, just bolt in the same place as mini seats. Far more comfortable than mini seats because theyre wider, rub very slightly on pillars but not noticeably.

 

The green ones in the photo only cost me 99p too!

Porsche 911 seats - looking a bit tatty, but they will get re-upholstered one day...


They fit very well, although very close on the rear side panel (modified the drivers side on mine a bit) as they are a bit wide.
Super comfortable, I shall be able to travel for several hours without any pain

How did you mount yours on the rear of the stock mounting points? Did you just bolt them to the floor? Isn't the floor metal too thin?

 

How do you guys mount yours? Mines way too forward using the stock mounting points when using Recaros. But with the Corbeau buckets and stock seats their just fine.

 

With the Recaros, the rear legs sit somewhere in the middle of the seat, basically supporting all the weight.

Does anyone know if Alfa gtv rears will go straight into the mini or will they require modification? Thanks!
