They will only fit under grp2 arches if you are running 7.5" cooper s disc setup.

Hey RetroRacer1380 i gotta say they look AWESOME on your mini, are those group 2 arches on your car? why do they say you need sportspack for them if they fit with group 2's? i'm guessing these wheels are about identical to minispeeds ones which you can use with the 8.4 set up?

My arches are huddersfield spares group 6 arches, and the wheel s are the same as in the link below:
http://www.minispeed...amp;id=wheel01s
You could run them on drums all round (im guessing your on non spacer drums), but obviously they wouldnt fill as wide as when running discs, also they should be ok where fouling dampers/radius arms are concerned do to the built in spacers.

Wrong again mister midlands! They will have pretty much the same offset as any other standard disc set up u tard, and def not fit under group 2s

So yours wouldn't fit under group 2's? so does this mean you and Amy have different wheels because hers fit under wood and picket ones?

Yeh u can now get some s replica alloy rims without the big offset, they would be the ones you need, however you may need to run spacer drums alround to avoid scrubbing on radius arms and dampers

Actually, Amy's ones have the built in spacer fitted as well. You can clearly see it on the back when you remove the wheel. Also, i tried fitting them on my Mini Van which has 8.4" discs, and they cleared them with no probs. As Amy mentioned on either this thread, or one of the other various threads about these wheels, they do stick out slightly past the W&P arches on her estate, but they don't stick out a great deal. I posted a picture up somewhere of her car with these wheels on.
There is a lot of bulls**t surrounding these wheels, that they stick out a massive amount, and they go through bearings. It's all nonsense as far as i'm concerned. We actually have the wheels on our car, and it hasn't eaten the bearings, and the spacers are only about an inch wide, so its no big deal really. The car handles better with them on,. and they look great...

Also - not every supplier's group 2 arches are the same, these days it is more a style than a precise standard. It a bit like the different stages of cylinder head - no two are the same!
As mentioned somewhere above there is also a version without built in spacers which are avaible from Mini Sport (and probably elsewhere) however on a drum brake set up these will proabably end up far too narrow as they are intended to fit to the Cooper S 7.5" discs.
