I'll fill just have dark and dingy looking hole on either side where wheels should be Steve. Thought about wheels on front but trying to cut down on weight, so I can carry more dsco/entertainment gear in it. LOL :D

Its certainly going to be intresting seeing as your going to have a flip front on it. Where is the frame/towing attachment going to go? I thougth you were going to follow the lines of the b-pillars down and makwe it kind of triangular at the front, like cowboys barbecue. Might be worth havign a look at that project, its in this section somewhere.

Rather you than me towing this thing! You are never going to get the nose weight of a trailer with wheels at the back corners to be anywhere near a safe value - especailly with all the stuff you are planning to carry.

Thats a valid point - but apart from producing this project, I'm also stripping out out & re-housing 4 x disco speaker bins + 1x subwoofy bin in lighter materials. The screen I'm bringing (for vids, dvd films + PS2 games) will comprise of exhibition materials, again l/weight 3mm foamex style panels + aluminium profile supports.

My vast cd/LP/single/music video collection will be produced through a purpose-built PC outputting to mixer/amp/compressor array + projector.

Lasers, lighting, PS2, stands, T-section gantry will all fit in the trailer - if not, I'll tailor to fit. :D

Weight-wise I'll be within the total allowance for trailer + goods of 350kg permitted towing behind a mini. :D

The only other thing I'll probably only be able to bring, is a toothbrush - but hey, it's going be fun. LOL. :P

What a washout of a day - did some shopping for bitz (cutting discs, masking tape, drill bitz etc.) and popped up to Brum to collect windows from Mikey (MK111KP). He's soon gonna be tackling a clubman GT - good luck mate :proud:

BIG tip I forgot to tell all my readers - Tired of having your sills rust away before you know it, then here's a decent tip for you - fill the sills with expanded foam, the type you squidge into noox & crannies. It fills the sill to bursting point, no air gaps & weighs b*gg*r all. Bye Bye rust :proud:

More stuff tomorrow.

Nope - it repels water. Just squirt a small amount onto a piece of wood or something similar, wait for it to harden, then pour water on it or try to sink it. No likeee water. :)

La ******* should be ok - 1275 with stage one kit etc pulls 70hp on rolling road.

I won't be screaming along @ 90 -95mph like the last run - probably keep to 50 comfortably (numb).

I'm uprating brakes all round as well, so fingees x'd, should be ok I reckon. :!:
