T-shirt design
ok who wants to hit me with some simple designs??
dont have to be too flash.
i need for defo macmillan logo on it and TMF logo,
othere than that,
your call....
o also 2005.
best one will be used, and we maybe haven 200 made up

My idea - but I don't know how to draw it!
So I will try and explain - here goes!
Have a black and white theme.
One black Tee shirt and one white Tee shirt.
Same design on both - right this is where it gets difficult trying to explain!
have the actual tracks on the Tee shirts (Brands and Nurburg) not just placed in the middle of front and back but sort of like lines of spaghetti squiggling over the tee shirt say for instance the Brands track on the lower right hand side and partly around the body and the Nurburg track on the back starting at the top left shoulder.
And put the logos somewhere.
Well I can imagine it anyway - I've got the idea in my head!
I know what I want to put across - but it probably isn't happening very well.

Right I'm off to get some felts tomorrow and a copy of Vogue to see if I can come up with any ideas ???? Must say I do like Che's idea about the tracks though !!!

I had an idea but as soon as i read the one with the tracks on it seemed rubbish!
i think would be cool if we had 2 diff colours but swap the front adn back on the different colours...unless that makes it really expencive!

well...
i always prefer simple solutions...
i love the idea of having the tracks on the shirts. i also like the idea of a black and white scheme...
i would suggest to keep it as simple as possible without loosing the effect...
i'd like a simple print on the breast. it should show some kind of simplified map where the route is shown in red. at both ends a single outline that shows the two tracks with their names. and (hard to explain... it even would be in my own language...) there should be some minis on it driving 'out of the shirt' towards the person looking to the front of the shirt... (sounds complicated... but i'm sure you know what i mean, like the italian job minis with their headlights on in the movie driving towards one...)
the logos of tmf and mcmillan as well as the plaque should be visible on the sleeves (just like sponsors on race wear :wink: ...)
aaah... nice would be to have all that in white lines on a black shirt...
good... maybe i should try to make an image of what i mean...
anybody knows where i may get the outline of brands hatch?

I would not be too adventurous with your designs and think about the cost and the method of printing/embroidery

am just thinking of a classic design...
well, back would work as well...
what about the plaque as small logo-sized thing (2 inches or so) on the chest?
i think something should be seen from the front as well...
aah! and if it's the print on the back of the shirt than the minis should also be seen from behind ( ie driving 'into' the back...)

ooooo good idea that!! I like the idea of the run plaque on the front and the two circuit outlines on the back, quite a simple but effective design I reckon!

just to get the ball rolling..
its REALLY hard to do it, because it really needs to be done in 3D which is near impossible with my (lack of) graphic skills!!
