Bonnet Straps Or Pins?

I like bonnet straps because they're more retro and in line with the current style
I like bonnet pins....well...they're alrite' just a 2nd choice really
I've been looking at black bonnet straps and chrome/alloy bonnet pins!
I really need some good advice on this one!

hah...yeh..i photoshopped a pair on ther a while back and they didnt look half bad...
is it easy to fit them?

I used two pieces run up either side, and around the back to meet in the middle, keeps water out too

OK I see you're prolly going for straps. Is this on a lift-off bonnet or are you keeping the hinges? I find the lift-off with a quick-release grille is great for ... er... well of course I don't need to get at Huey's innards a lot but if I DID ....

the straps / overiders! (cough...and a good paint job!)
you recon it will take a few hours to drill/treat/fit them?

Oh and the brown leather starts off really bright orange but dulls down after a few weeks
