well i thought i will show my progress sofar with my mini.
new to site and enjoyed read other build diaries.

i am looking for mini club local. i meet with the minifinity nw members once a month which is great.
but wouldn't mine to meet more mini fans

Looks good so far, does the tube go straight through the rear bulkhead? Im looking at making a tilting frame for when i get around to restoring my estate, but im still deciding which way to go about it. Be sure to keep us updated! :P

yes the tube is in the bulkhead and rear seat panel.
when i have my laptop back i can show you some more details to the spit that i made.

the spit i not hard to make. brumski told me about this site link i got some ideas from it. but made it with wheels to move it around and braces to stop the legs spreading. the main frame is made from wood as being a joiner that was the easier option.
i will get some more detailed pictures together. i was going to wait until i had my laptop back but i don't know when that will be.

i have not been working on the mini for awhile as i had a eye injury. but have been busy the last few days.
have made my mind up for a flip front american style vtec. but want to keep it mini classic on the outside but power under the hood. first from the lights >_<
