sods law dictates that the racer thats never been a problem all year developed two faults on the one day i needed it most
the diff has had a knock in the last race at oulton park which has flattened the pre load washer this was causing the diff to lock and unlock quite savagely when you either put the power on or took it off i dont think this helped the clutch which then started slipping
both are a very easy fix so not too bad
last time i drove it was racing at oulton so i assumed it was ok the bmw who took me out obviously caused the damage and because i was towed in due to the fuel wire being ripped off i didnt experiance the problem till curborough bugger!!!
many thanks to those of you that helped out taking passenger rides
we will do something like this early next year either there or try and book a full on track day for just z cars
if i did this i would need the cost of say cadwell paying up front as its a hell of a lot more than curborough
if we can get enough interest i will try sort something out

Totally agree!
Thanks to MiniMrMan's dad for the passenger ride too!
I have a video of it on my phone - will try and upload
Les.
No worries, I was just having fun.
If your video is anything like my dads then it will look a little like this:

My dads camera skills are not what they used to be... dash-sky-dash-sky!
B reet!

http://www.llandow.com/testing.htm (check out the price b4 dismissing).
If thats too far for you guys, reckon Donington is halfway...Craner Curves anyone?
Rather than hire the track exclusively, if we piggy back a track day but all arrange to go together, will be much cheaper, but we will also have some kind of marshalling and medical cover.
any thoughts? Or shall we just start a new thread?
