well if they catch the cretins, it will probably be the parents who are forking out, as im sure they have no life, job or education..... sad really.... not

if they pay out, ill price them for a new widscreen and side window then just keep the money because im getting those second hand off some of the guys in the club.. lol and ill also bill them for a seat retrim and a new harness.

im thinking of changing my seats anyway.... a speedwell and harness for me and a standard seat and seatbelt for the pasenger, which means i can take two people around places!

whay not get 2 speedwell seats? and use a harness on your seat and normal seatbelt on passenger?

i am pretty sure that ive seen speedwell seats on tilting subframes, maybe you could modify the frame of a std seat?

Just to burst your bubble, Harness's with speedwell seats may look cool, but really arent practicle. The seats dont have harness holes and therefore the harness goes all over the place. The seats are also lowbacks, and finish roughly below your shoulders.

Well i fitted my 'new' glass today and put the passenger harness on the drivers seat, and put a standard seat and seatbelt on the passenger side, i think i will deff get 1 speedwell and 1 standard, it looks good and makes the car feel bigger.

it was so nice to drive the bean today, felt like he had been away ages!!

Pretty slow at the mo due to so much damn coursework at uni although am making the beast in 3d in alias (Its actually one of my modules) which is helping me to visualize and decide upon the styling a bit more.lol. That and with every inch of soundproofing and underseal i take off about half an inch of floor disappears with it.lol.

they are nice and comfy, and he feels huge inside!! i think i might get a standard seatbelt though, as the rear seatbelt mounting pints are quite wide apart, which makes the harness feel wierd... or i might get some of those plates with the bolts on and re-drill some holes..... if i have just made any sence???!?
