im hoping to go with a polo motor, 100bhp out the box, mite get a bit more if i run it on bike carbs!

You've got one of my favorite mini on the forum. I love the leather straps, I've loved them ever since I saw them on morgans, and your light set up looks awesome too.

unfortunately folks, the polo motor isnt to go ahead as i cant get insured at a good price.... so its back to the 1250 motor which i will be starting at christmas... perhaps ill have to get another mini to drop the polo motor into and wait til im 21....
