where do i weld it then? i thought it was just the seam? where it was tacked.... :S
Nope there's a box sectioon at either end, it needs to be welded to these as well as along the top.
I did a funky diagram.
Spot/plug weld it every inch where it's red, and tack it accross the top if you're gonna deseam it.

I "persuaded" her no it's to match the bumperless front! Plus It looks cool and saves buying a new bumperYour not hanging around! Good work that man, although one must ask, did your sister ask for a deseamed rear, or did you decide for her??

If you're wondering what the hole is for, it's for a peugeot 206 foglight! The standard one stuck out and looked generally nasty so decided for a bit of customising
I dealt with a few dents and a bit of rust on the bootlid, and primed it all.
