WOW just read the whole thread, amazing job! although you stole my idea of the 206 fog! lol how did you fix it to the valance?
do you have any experience with mk1 rear light conversion plates?

Cant wait to see it in paint

God I love BRG! For the past 2 years I've had a definite colour in mind for my Clubby, but I tempted to change to BRG now!

I fitted the fog light by welding in a re shaped section to the front of the wheel well. It fixes with a self tapper through the rear section of the lamp.

do you have any experience with mk1 rear light conversion plates?

what sort of temperature do you cook the paint at? (in the booth that is! not your kitchen oven :thumbsup:

Cheers peeps! Should be prepping the shell on Saturday, painting it on Sunday.

I have the booth at 25 degrees when applying the paint, you should have it at 30 degrees for waterbase, and 65 degrees for 40 minutes to cook it.

need to ask a question, im going to do mine in my garage is theyre any kind of heater i can rent ? if so wich one of this list

Hmm I wouldn't bother with a heater, or not a space heater anyway, a bit dangerous! A colleague at work burnt down our old garage with one of those damn things when spraying a merc! I'd use cellulose and let it air dry. (you only really need heat for 2K).
