I think you should have got a pro sprayer to do the job, considering
the amount of work you've put into it !!!! shame to spoil it with a second rate
paint job!!!

Righto, got the panels done today, got the lot prepped, and masked, and slapped the ol' paint on!

Set up in booth


Groundcoat black


Base BRG


Lacquered


All done


I'm really pleased with the finish, will be even better when it's polished up, great colour too!


Prep the shell next week, paint it next weekend, fingers crossed.

MMmmmm Basecoat and clear. Best way to paint a car in my opinion. As you said, wax it and itll shine for a million years.

Oh No! I never thought of that. Could I borrow it to do the rest of the body? also a 1 inch brush to do around the edges if you have one. Thanks.
