Must be only a few to have owned 2 zcars minis?? Chris lockhart has had 2 aswell i think?? Im sure he had lee olivers a while back.

I'm building mine too. Well sort of. Still waiting for the bloody shell to have the welding finished. It was only supposed be ready about 6 weeks ago. Can anyone suggest a good welder otherwise as i'm losing patience with mine.

Yes your correct, I at one point had 2 Z Cars minis and one was the old Lee Oliver car with an R1 engine in. That car went to Denmark leaving me with just my original car. I was offered an obscene amount of money for it earlier this year but i couldn't bear to part with it as i have had it for such a long time through good and bad times (mainly bad !!) It has had 7 different engines in it, and has been many different colours. At it's height of A series power it used to run a 14.4 sec 1/4 mile which i thought was Fast...

So put me down as an owner........

i dont know how many owners visit this site but more and more are finding it
at present we have 15 z cars minis in the workshops for various things doing on them mainly 4 wheel alignment etc i think thats the most we have had together in a fully or nearly fully built state

I know that car. Had one just like it myself. (Will post those pics next week due to the postal stike.)

I've still got one in the garage unfinished belonging to Andy and a bare shell waiting to be started so that sort of makes 2.
