Right guys if you want to do the run I have just found that if we dont get confirmed names and number along with payment to speed ferries by monday morning then the price of anyone who is booking after this time will go upto 70 pounds per car (two people). This is something that is completly out of the mini forums control as we are being dictated to by speed ferries.

So if you want to get it cheap than you need to act ASAP, as if your cheque arrives after monday morning then you will be required to pay the extra twenty pounds for the ferry

does the extra 20 quid apply to everyone? or the 30 after the first 20?

this isnt really fair on everyone is it? (and i know its nothing to do with TMF and your excellent work)

Uhoh! Got me confused now!! You need 20 people by monday to pay the £50 deposit after that they raise the price to £70. Does the price raise after the 20 people or after Monday?? Like for example, if I paypal you the money on say Sunday but I'm the 23rd person to pay, would I have to pay the extra £20??

Right ok if all of the 50 runners pay by monday then they would all get the ferry for 50 pounds but if only 27 runners pay by monday morning then only 27 people would get it for 50 pounds.

Now regarding payment if you want to pay by cheque if you get a cheque in the post to us so you still have the rest of today and tommorrow to get a cheque in the post as I will be phoning then up with the booking just after the post arrives on monday morning. Now regarding the clearing of the cheques for monday morning all i can say is that i will trust all of you (and being as though this run is for charity I would hope that none of you would send me a cheque which would bounce anyway!!!), and i will make the booking as long as I have your cheque even if it hasnt cleared. If your cheque arrives after monday morning the I am affarid you will be required to pay an extra 20 pounds for your ferry fair (I know this sounds hash but this is out of our control as we are being dictaed to by the ferry company i am affarid).

So now any one who wanst the ferry for 50 pounds now has roughly 1 day and four and half hours to get their cheque in the post if they arnt paying via pay pal (although to make sure your cheques do arrive in time then if i was you would get your cheques in the post today)

hope this clears a few things up thanks Michelle
