FOUND IT but the pictures dont work as the thread is from last year, but it CAN be done. someone did it on a suck through setup.
That wasn't suck through, it was blow through, he turned the manifolds up the other way, then ran a pipe off of the inlet manifold and put a throttle body on the end of that. iirc

Putting the manifold upsidedown may save you money on the exhaust manifold, but it'll cost money to make a elbow for the exhaust and an inlet. In reality you'd struggle to get a carb anywhere.
Mirage isn't cheap, but it is the best solution for an easy install.
