heres a pic of mine - just got her today to join my 71 Cooper S which is getting lonely !!! - This ones a 1970, mk3, 1380, all s running gear, all period rally stuff (Lucas, Les Leston, Motolita, paddy hopkirk) Last time i drove a mini was 13 years ago !!!!!!

They normally go straight up the edges of the bonnet as opposed to a gap at the top if you know what i mean?

well you have them on upside down, meaning the bit near the windscreen should be near the grille. your stripes are curling away from the edge of the bonnet at the top, this is actualy designed to follow the curve of the bonnet at the bottom.

if you do decide to remove them and try again, warm them up with a hairdryer and pull them off slowly, you will need new ones though :lol:
