Yeah the vinyl number plate on the bonnet mate as it gets rid of the Bmw Mini Badge you have fitted that should not be on there as it spoils it as its a classic Austin not German Bmw, thats just my opinion though, so yeah defo for sure put the plate on it and get yourself a sump guard..
Plate on the bonnet or not? What you recon???? + add a sump plate.
i like it where it is but i think it'd suit black & silver plates
def one of my favorite minis on here it's stunning
DAMN THAT'S NICE!!!! sweet car mate

Just wanted to throw my two penneth in on this one too.
Dont bother with the vinyl plate its not a rally car, the raised plastic lettered plates are retro and the clean nose looks nice. If the Bini badge is to be changed put on a Morris Cooper one to match the grill or non at all
Great looking car very subtle

Well she was pretty nice Have pics of the project mini?
I bought my project as a rolling shell, no engine, no interior and it had had a fibreglass front end that the previous owner had kept since he`d cut it about to fit his turbo`d engine. I`ve replaced the front end for a mk 1 front and im going to put the 998cc lump out of my current mini with a stage 1 kit. Once the cars had a lick of paint im planning on a 1275 lump bored out to a bigger size and improved for a bit more umph. (when it scares the wife its fast enough!) Interior is almost complete now, ive put in new carpets, dash rails and dash board - all black. ive got some black seats from an MGF which are really comfy to fit this weekend.
going with the retro look so have group 2 arches to fit . I`m keeping the blue ( i like the shade ) but going to have a black roof, although i really like the two tone look. what you think? All tips welcome, this is my first project.

Interesting body kit, you should post up a project thread on it.
