Not necessarily true anyway - there's no hard and fast rule. There's a thread about it somewhere with a link to the relevant regulations.

what about my friend BRIAN JOB? is he in trouble 2?

mine today :D

Them arches are illegal they need to not show any tread of the tyre cover the wheel the wheel sticks out a mile on yours
just a tip so you dont get pulled.

I know, i thought that when i put them on....

aint been pulled over yet though, they cant exactly do much apart from give me a bit of a bollocking and tell me to sort it out can they?

cheers

yer they can give you a point on your licence for each offending wheel, a bollocking and a £40 fine.... then they give you a week to sort it out.

Yeah well i would just change them save's the hassle of getting pulled over and this weather i really coundn't be botherd haha, and saves you getting a fine or points on your licence.

And..

I dont know if the same rules apply in your country maybe different, but i would get them sorted out anyway as he has like group 1 arches on there Lol, our's are group 6 or Miglias i think and they cover the tread but wheels sticks out a little bit.

My Mini Cooper before the engine exploded all over the place. I've had a Punto Sporting 16v since but I'm looking for another mini again now.
