I am sorry I don't know all the technical specs but it runs really well.
As for the work that I am having done, the flip front is going to be fixed in place with heritage inner wings, and a new bonnet. The whole car will be de rusted including a scuttle panel. The underneath will be wax oiled and the whole car re sprayed in and out with a blue colour yet to be confirmed. It is tahiti blue at the moment which looks quite nice but I feel a slight change is in order to justify all the work.
Once I get it back, my job will be the interior. I have new seat foam, front and rear, including the webbing for the front seats. I have new seat covers from mini trimmings, black with blue fluting, and a new white headliner from mini spares (although they got from newton commercial, but we don't need to tell them). I have already installed a walnut burr dash with some magnolia dials from a 40 year anniversary mini, the speedo is under reading and the tach is over reading but they look great and one day I will work out how to fix them. I also have new sound insulation and fitted carpet from mini trimmings and the speaker board that goes under the back seats. The last thing will be the stereo and if I have any money left a motolita
steering wheel, wood with the rivets.
Anyway, here are the before picture, the guys tell me they will be taking pictures through out the work and when I get them I will post if anyone is interested.
ps the last picture is my dog jasper, i couldn't resist

Hi, My mini has been in the body shop for two weeks now and funny thing is I miss it! It wont be back till the end of April as the guys that are doing the work are doing it in down time, and there is a lot to be done. Firstly the it's a mini city 1000 with a clubman flip front, an up rated 1275 engine, new vented discs and new shocks all round. The sub frame has been media blasted and powder coated and the tail pipe runs out of the middle.
I am sorry I don't know all the technical specs but it runs really well.
