thanks, thats answered all of my questions, i think im going for a nice cheap low milage cg10, and proably going to cut the whole in the bulkhead, it looks alot smaller than the MA10 as you said. now all i need to do is get the parts together :(

oh i take it i can use the mpi fuel pump to feed this so thats another thing not to worry about

yeah, i guess the mpi pum should be ok. how much psi/flowrate is it capable of? the bulkhead mod is more like a dent to be honest.

the flow rate should be fine judgeing by how much petrol it likes to consume. i belive im running 2.7 - 3 bar on the injectors at the moment. which is psi if you times it by fifteen, i think 45psi

has anyone tried taking the mesh out, from over the throttle body on the k11 micra manifold?

It was you who asked this! I'd forgotten. I removed mine after this and feel as though I've gained 5hp!, got loads of stick on the Micra forum for sharing this tip, all negative I might add.

If you're after insurance does that mean you have completed a Micra conversion then?

Sorry if this is a dumb question. Do you need to put an extended front on the mini to do this or does it just pop in so to speak?

i've got no pics of the pedal ,sorry but its really quite simple. the most important calculation is the distance off-centre of the cable attachment to the pedal. this determines whether ur clutch will be hard or soft and ours are usually drilled at 1.5 inches from the pedal-bushing centre. basically the pedal pulls on the cable head from behind.

dont worry what people say plastic, there always going to be negative in some respects. we both know how fast they go without the mesh and its not just imagination, vizzard has done tests on mesh and tights ect on a mini and the performance is not good. how many times have you looked at your mini and went i think i need more stuff in the way of the airflow. or i need a mesh in there incase my airflilter (which has a mesh on the outside) explodes.

and as for the maf sensor i think thres a better way to provide turbulent flow than a mesh. if yoou ask me it was put there becuse the micra engnine is incredibly powerfull and it would have had to be in a different insurance band if it were any more powerfull, and this is quite a good way of restricting power.
