I'm working out wether I need to rubber mount the engine/diff assembly, what I'm trying to avoid is the bulkhead and the like rattling away.
What's your opinion Ade

Rubber mount it if you can. I have been in both and they create less vibration. Don't think it will make much difference to your bulkhead rattling. If you build it so that each panel fits tightly against each other then it shouldn't rattle. Ade's is also carpeted to keep noise and rattles to a minimum.Ade,

we have a minus, yamaha r1 engine, a mechanic called pete, and a tea maker called ade. quite a few months later, "patience is a virtue" i believe was the quote, we have a bogie coloured car called BRUCE THE CRAZY FROG (i think). oh and during this time there were a lot of niggles and problems. oh and some 21 stone 6 foot 6 bloke, and ade being 16 stone 6 aswell

anyways, i'd like to say ive seen this car in the flesh in Oxford, and it was amazing, i was next in line for a test, i hoped, but there was an oil problem, hope thats all sorted now Ade, so i do believe im at the front of the queue at Stafford
anyways, i'd like to say well done Ade mate, its a cracking job you and pete and chris from z-cars have done. a great example of how you can make your own dream car.
