Well a good day of little jobs today. I think the minus is finally dare I say finished.....

We sorted the throttle return out.
Changed a cv boot that had split.
Fitted my fire extinguisher
Played about with my power commander last night loaded a map which seems pretty close to what I need and then fitted that today!

Both Pete and I were surprised at how different the engine sounds as soon as we plugged it in!!! :saywhat:

We actually unplugged it to check we hadn't got something wrong! :fear:

But it just sounds so much smoother and just so very different!

Also sorted the speedo out so that hopefully now I won't get arrested.... :fear: one of the sensor lugs had fallen of so it was reading 10-15mph slow...... :fear: :nugget:

All in all a good day and I'm struggling to think of any jobs that are left.... :grin:

ade what did you use in the end to get the accelerater cable to return?

The bike manifolds are designed to have a cable for the throttle shut off as normal so all we did was run it out and then put a spring on the end to pull it shut.
