No its just the cage and subframe that going to be that colour the car if going to be a very different colour!!Dang twin engine. AWD would be good. But I only wanted like 150hp. Can they do that twin engined? Also the other thing is getting a kit shipped over to the US. I love the pruple. Is the whole car gonna be that or? Looks sick dude.

I have tried explaining the colour the car is going to be to a few people and they look at me as if I've gone mad but I am sure it will look stunning. So I'll now just say it'll be different and leave it at that. You can then make your own mind up when it's done. :cheese:
As for a FWD conversion I'm afraid I just don't know enough about it to offer you too much advice. I would drop Chris at Z-cars an email as he will pretty much put a bike engine in anything!!!
Oh yeah.... Hyabusa makes about 180BHP and is a 1300 so is the torquier engine whereas the R1 makes 172BHP but is only a 998 so won't have as much torque but is a bit lighter.
All I know is I've been out in an R1 powered mini and at no time did the thought "mmmm this is bit slow could do with some more power" go through my mind

I'm 22. I got a quote when I was 21 with two years no claims. At that time Adrian Flux quoted me fully comp with the hyabusa engine £450.Wow, thats cheap. But that question was mainly aimed at AlBurglar, sorry, wrong thread really.
Not bad considering the year before I was paying £1500 on a bloody 1.4 clio sport just with alloys and body kit!

Because I considered an R1 engine as a FWD option in my minus, before I bought the 1380.
In any setup, FWD or RWD. They do not suffer from any torque steer.
Don't forget that 170bhp is max power but is delivered very predictibaly in an R1 lump.
You will have to extend your bonnet, which is something I was not prepared to do to my minus, so A series was the only option.
... But only because I couldn't afford another z cars kit!
