I just received a CD version of the SPI Mini Repair Manual 92-96 (AKM7169) from Ebay. The seller (name is repairnation) is from the UK, however he is selling on the US website for $9.99 including shipping. The manual is the same offered by the Heritage Motor Center but does not include the parts fiche. The quality of the unprotected PDF file seems better than the one from Heritage. The Heritage version looks like the original copy used for scanning had some fading. I think it is a good deal.

I'm not sure the special editions had specific handbooks, but Germany would seem the best place to look as it was a German export model.
