Hi, i ordered a part from mini speed, and they said it would be with me within a week easily. Its been over a week now, and no sign of a package.
Anyone know anything i should know!?

they promise a lot, but often let you down.

It'll come eventually but i think their stock levels are lower than they used to be and they buy in parts as they need them and then forward them to you.

it all just takes time.

Minisport are miles better, as are min-its in solihull.

I use minispares and although I've only had a couple of orders they've been great, and I've heard good stuff about them.

i regularly use minispeed and minispares and ive had great service from both.

The post has been a joke lately with all the strikes they've had. I bought a chrome wiper set off Thiefbay and they left a card saying No-one was in and it would be reposted Thursday. I had to collect it from the collection place Saturday morning. Tis not alwys their fault.

Never had a problem with minispeed, the only moan is you can wait ages in their shop for someone to serve you.
And thank god it not the best merchandised shop or I'd end up spending more money with them.
i'd just give them a call, always very helpful to me.

hmm i recently ordered a manifold.. they took payment.. and this was last week for next day courier delivery..... tried to phone and it was engaged.. so just getting my card company to get the money back instead.

I've had good and bad experiences with minispeed, generally i've found them fine though.

I would use MIN-ITS exclusively and only look elsewhere if they can't supply what i need at the time.

i just have bad luck with everyone...

minispeed dont return my calls.. nor have i ever actually recieved anything

mini spares i recieve stuff but never on time.. or my card is refused.. and then put through again and it works...
last order was some nuts and bolts paid for next day recorded (ordered on tuesday) recieved saturday... wasnt posted until friday night according to royal mail.

must just be my luck?

I live in radford semele between leamington and southam, and yer iv seen that mini parked at a house in the village a few times!
