Looks fantastic mate, bet you cant wait to get it up and running :D  .

Just noticed in the pic the oil filler, had not thought about that, Is it just a mini cap cut off the top of a rocker cover and welded on to a breather pipe?

Plans are as follows -

Lick of paint prob on block and def on cam cover
Change of final drive
Try and sort the rad/fan so it fits behind the grill

and other than that just a general tidy up then have some fun!

Filler I think, as not really looked at it closely yet, is just the top cut off the standard breather can with a couple of rivits to act as the pins for the cap to locate on

i see a pipe from the head going there too, to release excess pressure around valve seals id imagin (can cause oil going past)
is there also another space on the filler cap type bit to vent to an oil catch tank? release pressure from the crank case

If you look at the picture with the cat in, you can see the filler cap. To the right is an oil drain from the head and to the left (with masking tape round it) is another connection which goes off to a catch tank

I thought it was more than 20bhp if you believe all the ebay adverts lol

I think Matty is right BMC green, or something close to it as nobody seems to know the correct green

While sort of on a cam cover subject I want the K1200 one that John had down at SC, magnesium and hardly weighd anything, unbelievable how little it weighed

Didnt ask how much for the cam cover, just spent enough on the rest lol

Ed, it was easy to find John advertised it on here, the difficult bit was convincing the other half that I should buy it :D
