turned the key got oil pressure

Water pump works

Electric fan works

Power from ECU

Sparks from spark plugs

But she wont start

Other possibility is that the alternator isn't working so not giving enough power to the ecu?

is it fueling? if so is fueling set correctly? if not might be so far out its not starting up? see if you can richen up the mixture be easier for a spark to start up a rich mix rather than lean
how you check spark? with a strobe light?, that should surly show you that its sparking at just about tdc (wont determin 360degre out tho)

Def has a spark (just put new plugs in) def has fuel (could see on old plugs) but not even a hint of wanting to fire
checked all the injectors are firing
checked coil pack connection but its sparking anyway so all is fine
engine is turning over okay but just wont catch
It not jump starting that it needs I dont think as its turning over fine

production ecu's and trigger wheels fire at the 90 degree BTDC as most systems do but the one on the car is timed differently so he is going to flash another ecu and send it to me
Its the only thing he could think of as I have fuel and spark.
I did swap the plug leads over and got a hell of a bang
