Im going to start by putting the cage in, welding the strengthing plates, fitting the front and rear axle assembles and then it will go for its re-spray.
Ive got a 1.6 engine lined up and some other parts like dash, door cards and steering wheel.
Ill get photos when the shll gets delivered.

Sounds cool ive always liked 205's didnt some of them come with 2.0 liter engines and a 6 speed gear box??
no, there was loads of rumors of a 2.0L, 6 speed boxes and turboed 205's.
there was a tuning company that worked with pug and when ordering your 205 you could pay extra to have some mods done by a 3rd party.
The 6 speed box is not worth it in a 205 as you loose full loch by neraly a full turn!!!

i think if u get a 309 rear beam it brings the track out further, good for stability

I think that with a bit more money I could make my mini more competive. I might sell the shell and put the money into the mini. If not then Im going to keep building the 205, but im putting a 1400 engine in it instead.

You lose a lot of stering lock with the 6 speed box and the added waight is not really worth the hastle.
It would be fast top speed though!
