[Midas Mk1]

okay guys i need some help. i bought this mini in august 2012, it has a swift tune 1380 under the hood, but thats not why im asking in this section. lol the car has been titled as a 1971 in california, but i know thats not correct, ive been told its anywhere between a 76-84 and theres no color code chart on the door anymore. so i was wondering if anyone has any ideas on the color, plus its not the stock color anymore, but it is to my knowledge a mini color.

Looks very much like Nordic blue, that of the Neon shade, circa 90/91

hmmmm, okay, heres anohter pic when it was sunny. cause it was pretty overcast when that other one was taken, still say nordic blue? cause its darker than stone grey (car needs a respray and want to be sure. thanks! :)

Agreed, last night on my iphone it looked like nordic blue, now on my macbook it's clear that its alot more grey, maybe I should get my screen fixed... aha

I'd unbolt something easy like your bootlid, and take it to a decent paintshop - they'll be able to match it :)

It looks similar to the grey that the Mini City's were painted

There is also a colour called Lavender Blue (ICI). Mine is a 1977 Malta Assembled Mini. Take a look at the photos on my build tread..... sorry but it is not updated! http://www.theminifo...44#entry2485844

The Dolomite is Aqua, but looks different than the Mini to me, the colour that is before anyone says it's a Dolomite.
